Plants are looking good. Looks like you have a fairly heavy leaning indica in that second photo. Ill have to look back at the soil you got but I bet they could use some more feed if you wanted to push them a bit.
Yup. They look hungry.

I put 1 ml each bottle nutes in 32 oz of water earlier, I will attach photo's of the ones I am using. I am also using this ProMix Soil.

There was an immediate droop but they have lifted back up.

So far I've been watering to just a tiny bit run off, leaving them until dry. Tuesday was the last time I watered and I put in .5 ml of each bottle then.

Wait. You haven't watered since Tuesday in those tiny pots? Gotta get those girls more food and water.

Maybe, I have been doing not enough!!

I been just looking in and refilling the dried bowl of water with the towel im using to add humidity 😅
Slow and steady when upping the nutes.
the ph perfect AV really helps new growers, but isn’t always perfect.
did you get a ph pen? TDS?
Then you could dial it in more accurately.

Thanks, you've been very informative!

So how much of the top should be dry before I water, should I be feeding every water or just every few?
I would be planning the transplant if I was you.
they are ready. 1 gal pots.

Ok. Get them transplanted soon tho. A few more days at the most. Your plants will thank you for it.
remember the growth when you potted up last time?
Given your light and limited flowering space I would transplant now and flip in 10-14 more days or so.
