I just use canna natural coco and mix my own perlite and ecothrive charge in
As for nutes either canna or monkey for your base. Canna coco is a 2 part but for veg and flower. Monkey has a 2 part for each. Monkey is cheaper than canna by about 30%. Both are really good base's that alone would do a full grow but will also work well with most additives out there.

Bignug flipped today. I'm going to run canna base only with a 3 day pk boost in week 4.

Kali dog in the megapot veg pot. I'm going to pull the outer plants outwards and top the middle 4 plants to Bush them out a bit.
Roots out the bottoms of pots now so I'll set the res up too I think.

Only the orange glue and mimosa are completely fine. The rest are a shit show, stress herms all over, some are maturing, some are growing seeds, some are just growing as usual, some have 1 fem branch nd one with seeds . F*ck it. I half expected it tbh with how I treat them fir the mites. I'll run them to maturity and crop the lot for extracts and oil etc for my own use to keep me going to next crop. Any pollen must be long gone or I think it would have hit them all in the tent.

Eve3else is clean as a whistle and not a mite in site more than 12 days later so hopefully that's it nd I've git the little c*#ts

Ordered this to run an airline under the kali dog in the veg pot. It will fit in all the grooves and provide lots of o2 for them during flower. Should nicely compensate for the lack of pot size. It will be a full dwc/coco hybrid.

Brilliant read. I think the DE is a great idea now, works a bit like perlite for water retention and airation, conditioning the medium. It also provides a good source of silica. Aaaand prevents/kills most bugs and pests.

I'll be using this and neem oil on a regular basis through veg now.

Ive used it a little.sticks to leaves like shit on a blanket and could possibly block stomatas if put on too thick..i was trying to get rid a bloody thrips outdoors.cant use it in flower...you can but got to keep it away from the buds..in ground it works okay ..it has calcium so it can raise ph depending on the amount used..works great just puffed around base of plants and stops those spider mites..it frocked up the predator mites i had though..i got those here..they are qik little fuckers..

Oh only use in as pot surface barrier mate for gnats I use white oil for thrip if I ever get it .

I was too worried getting it on the buds from overspray lol.with the neem..i know one thing dont use on youngins when suns out..crispy crispy leaves haha..never got me twice.

I agree mate, I looked to try and buy it already made. I might offer to supply them built up. I saw a custom one on ebay for £30 that used about 5m of hosing. I got 15m for 20 with all the connections. Defo some food for thought, and yeah I only use in lights out or I move them so they're only getting indirect lighting. Left light on for big Nug for 25 mins while I ran over the wife's house, came back to lots of leaves disintegrated, luckily they had veg time left. The article says to use the DE in a spray. It puts a very fine cost on the leaves and when it dries the DE activates. Think I'll also put a touch through the coco from now on too.

If I get anything in flower again I'll wipe the lot. Only because I'm sort of on the back foot already playing catch up since I lost those hermied ones, I was just about at plain sailing point when the mites struck. Should have had 50z ish coming in 3/4 weeks. There's maybe 20 there if I'm lucky now since I stripped them. I had it all timed for autofeed when I go away in July in but now I'll have stuff vegging when I'm away nd need to draft a close friend in to tend them for me.
Nothing ever runs smooth with this shizzle does it.
