Had to kick them dawgs up in the pic, lol. The old lady got me a pair also, but mine are green. Finally got the tent up in the tiny room here, now I need to hook up some duct work so I'm not frying everything, including myself, once it gets a little warmer again. Thi8s also gives me much better lighting control over that room. Lost about a foot in each direction, but I think it's a fair trade.

What a fucking mess getting that up in there. If I wasn't such a persistent geometrical genius, I don't think it would be possible. Finally, time to smoke.

First ten down... I get good germ rates, I'll get them out... Feel bad for sending out the others a little early. germ rates were fine bud, I just used a bad method with the first 3, I think. All every single one of the others lived.
Your germ rates are great actually, I just used a substandard method with the first 3. That was unquestionably my fault. It's pretty obvious with the second 3 I was using a poor methodology for popping fresh off the vine seed. The coffee filter method resulted in 100% germination.

Not only that, but they popped within 24 hours and were far ahead of the controls. I'm convinced it was a bad method, or perhaps there was still enough trace potassium in the coco despite the rinsing I did, to inhibit germination.

Your sprouts were ahead of all 4 controls in the group. But the seeds I put into coco, never popped, looking at it now. I think there was another factor at play.

Nice!
I had 30%... Not okay.
Ten more down. 🤞

I really think it revolves around stratification tbh, maybe the seed humification itself, and that somehow I was able to overcome it by using the other method. That's my guess.

It should be interesting to see what happens this time around.
It seems bizarre that I got 100% one way, and 0% the other. With the same exact seeds.

I think there's some physiological process at play here that were not grasping about fresh seed. I've been down this exact road in past times with my seeds also.

Another mystery that I'm interested in solving.
