You buds look perfectly fine. Not sure what the scientific term is for the white material in the stem, but here’s a picture that shows the same material you’re seeing on your bud stems. (And as mentioned all the stem hairs are totally natural also.)

This was from a male I chopped down a few years back. Lots of conflicting info on hollow stems, so not sure if it’s good, bad, or moot.
