Rinse all the oil and gunk off them so they can breathe. Their pores are clogged and they can not breathe.

Yea I was thinking that as well, just can't stand to see the plant like that anymore.. But now if I wash it off, aren't the aphids going to continue being a problem? If so, do I do another treatment with this stuff? Maybe dilute it more(says ready to use) or something? I just don't want it all to be for nothing. I know the damage is already done, and I can live with that and give it time to recoup for a bit, but also want to be sure this infestation is taken care of y'know? Just not quite sure what to do. Is 24 hours long enough to kill the aphids? Sorry for all the questions.. just my first time dealing with these particular issues lol. It just really sucks to see the plant in the shape it's in, compared to how it was. Which is pretty ironic... Thing looked incredible.. try to help it out by killing all the bugs... Now plant looks like it's dying 🤦‍♂️ain't that somethin 😂

They should be dead by now. Rinse it before it dies.
You treat, let dry 20 mins then rinse. It takes 3 or 4 treatments.
Its going to look really bad after rinsing, but it will recover. Don't water for 2 or 3 days.
Use Plant Therapy next time. It's not so hard on the plants.

I have had nothing but bad results using soap-based stuff on smaller plants. Have almost killed several. Have tried Captain Jack’s Spinosad with good results, pure crop With good results. The non-soap-based Safers With sulfur worked OK also. But the soap base stuff seems to be pretty hard on them. Wouldn’t even consider neem except for maybe in the soil. Or on trees. Always stuck with a shower with the hose then a dowsing of the other three in rotation and it seems to do the job. Might want to try rinsing them off but it may be too late. Just my two cents and that’s probably what it’s worth. Good luck.

Currently getting her setup for a shower right now lol. But it's interesting you say that about the 20min then rinse.. I've done more reading on Neem oil with weed plants, in the last few days than I care to even think about.. I always try to get as much info as possible before attempting something new. But the whole topic in general has been tough. Because it's so back and forth.. read countless comments/articles/etc that say to leave the Neem oil on, that the light/sun will make it "go away".. but at the same time have read just as much with people saying exactly what you said, spray and then rinse. I know every person, plant, situation is always gonna be different. This particular topic has just got me running in circles🤣
Regardless, I'm taking your advice lol. I'm gonna just stick to doing what I feel the plant needs lol. Have gone down the forum/YouTube rabbit hole wayyy too much these last 24-48hrs lol

If it's dead (they die in minutes) it won't be bothering you later.

It is not the oil on the plant that kills the bugs. The oil or soap puts a coating on the bug that blocks it's breathing. Within a few minutes, they are dead.

Again, another interesting comment. Once again(like I said in most previous comment) it's so back and forth with this stuff. Some people swear by one thing, others swear by another. Some have bad results, some don't. I just want to get rid of these little bas***ds once and for all😂 tried just water at first. Then a few homemade sprays. Just hoping this did the trick. Think I can still save the plant. The majority of it still looks pretty decent, so might've caught it in the nick of time!

Yep, unfortunately, pets and people are the number 1 way the bugs get into the house to find your tent.
If you can, change clothes before messing with your plants. Keep pets out of the room the tent is in.

You Will pull them through. Just be on their shit list for a week or two. The pure crop and the lost Coast are a little pricey but it goes along way and the plants actually like it and it works. The spinner sad isn’t bad like 20 bucks. And the nice soap savers is actually cheap at about 12 bucks. You get what you pay for. And if you have problems When flowering you can try franksters Stuff. I have some but didn’t have to use it. But it’s supposed to be the kind When in flower . The citrus-based stuff is a lot easier on the plants.

Oh and also, would just regular water work as far as rinsing the plant? Wouldn't it just bead off because of the oil? I was gonna just use dish soap to get the oil off, then hit it once again with plain water afterwards just to be sure everything is clean. I also seriously appreciate all of the help! As well as everyone else who's also commented! You guys have been so helpful! And quick as well! Thank you guys so so much!!

Look at all your outside plants for the signs of whiteflies breeding. Treat them.

You can use a tiny bit of soap, make sure to clean it off.

Plant has been rinsed.. now to see how she looks tmrw. Gotta say tho, it's kinda odd it was effected as much as it was. I have 4 other plants that are just getting started, and even gave them the same treatment. But didn't really seemed phased whatsoever... I'll post a pic of the 4, some of the leaves are dropping, but I also forgot to water them for a few days🤦‍♂️

This is part of normal variation in some genetics. When we use 'lesser' genetics, we always have some kind of mutant in the tent.

Look when you pay the bills, then you can pray to whatever jesus you want. I like baby jesus. In his little manger with his little angel wings.

I like to imagine my jesus singing lead for lynard skynard, and im just shit faced in the front row.
