That’s a good point...maybe just let them be xmas trees. Tis the season! The sour power is already so thick that all the branches trying to grow are covered by gigantic Shaquille O’Neil hand fan leaves.

Plants that are healthy and growing fast at flip make bigger buds. Unhealthy plants might still finish, but with smaller buds. You want the plant growing fast. During stretch its not uncommon for them to grow 2-3" a day. Strains are different. Some double in size sometimes its 4x or even 20x stretch. Knowing the strain helps planning.

No way! The one in the middle is the runt...won’t take up too much space lol. If space becomes detrimental I’ll get rid of one of the Pineapples. I just really want to see this Sour Power turn out similar to the bud I had. One of my favorites, and it was the best version of SP I’ve had. I know if I clone it, it will turn out crappy so not cloning pretty much guarantees that it‘ll be the most dankest, stankness, cannabis cup winning strain...and I will never see it again.

So they're all feminized except one bag seed and that's probably from a herm, so it's probably fem. I would flip soon if you're set on not throwing females out. I wouldn't trellis yet, unless you don't mind the off chance that bag seed does wonky shit on you, like is a male, or worse, hermaphrodite mid flower. So maybe keep the trellis off for a bit and kinda plan on maybe tossing that one out if shit goes south.

This Lemon skunk I grew a few years ago would fill that space with one plant that size after stretch.

Do you know anything about the strains tendencies for plant shape? Get a stretchy pheno in there and it's taking over in that small of space.

Fuck, you got options. I certainly prefer to let seeds grow out more and show sex before flipping. I'll flip clones that vegged to that size, but with seed I think it's best to let them get close4 to their natural sexual maturity more or less.

Your plants look good. Well done.

Just want to put this out there, for you to consider. The plant will not begin to flower until it becomes sexually mature. Period. As a general rule you are looking at 6-8 weeks from seed to get there. The plants are at 4 weeks and have not sexed yet. So you can wait lets say 3 more weeks at 12/12 for it to mature and start to flower or you can let them continue to veg 18/6 for 3 weeks till they are mature. Thats 6 hrs per day for 3 weeks of growing light it will miss out on if you flipped now. As tight as those nodes are on your plants, the stretch is going to be minimal. Generally speaking a 4 week veg is for mature clones.

I am curious though, what strain 28 days from seed completely fills a 9sqft scrog and ready to flower? Not saying it does not exist, more like where can I get it.

Totally depends on strain. I've had very few plants that need 6-8 weeks to start flowering. Most of mine will start at 3-4 weeks. If you need 8 weeks for veg, toss 4 of the plants cause you only got room for one LOL.

So what strains are you growing ready to flower in 28 days from seed? Autos? Not throwing shade man, I need some quick ones like that.

Pretty much everything I have. All photo. The only thing I have that needs 8 week veg is landrace Colombian. Even my pure Mexican can be flipped at 3 weeks. I have Chem, tahoe, headband, and lots of crosses can all be flipped at 3-4 or less. How many strains have you actually flipped at 3 weeks to see?
