Also I just flipped them to flower because my 5x5 is ready for me to put my actual good seeds I got from ordering them. These were random seeds and they had a horrible start. I had them in cups that didn't drain and they start yellowing at the bottom leaves before they even filled of the cup. Could this be root rot that just got worse and worse over time?

This is the one with the worse bottom issues I did recently feed tho.
ok from that picture the plant looks fine, could be something as simple as watering too frequently, the environment, lights..
i wouldn’t worry too much or do anything other trying to provide a nice environment and proper watering and watch closely, though give it a week or so to see what if anything has changed..

Okay those leaves also don't get much light. But I literally wait til the pot is super light and the dirty starting to pull away from the fabric pot. Because i was worried about over watering could I just be putting to much water when I do water?

nope than maybe water them a day earlier, you could be letting it get to dry-( geez hate saying that 😆)… as that could cause it too..

About 10% runoff or a little more right and that's watering from the middle out.

Also had another question would this set up be to much for seedlings? At that height and lowest wattage?
