Pipecarver's new Spiderfarmer5'x5' with 2-SE3000 growing wild

I have a Brand New Tent compliments to Spiderfarmer for providing this to me. I now have 2 of their SE3000 lights and to fill the space I ordered a sf600 for the front.

The tent came quicker than I'd expected ( always nice ) but I wasn't prepared then Hurricane Fiona knocked out our power for 2 days, throwing a wrench in the gears bringing forward movement to a full stop. I now have it up and running. I took me 10 min to set up the frame and with help from my wife we slid the skin on and hung 1 light within 30 minutes. We're both short and even with the unstable soda crates I used gain height it went on smoothly.

It has 2 side ports to make watering the back plants much easier and a flap over the front zipper as an extra guard against zipper light leaks.. It feels sturdy and the black fabric exterior feels firm and durable. This tent being 6 1/2' tall gives me more space for my 2 1/2 month vegged girls to grow without getting too close to the light. Its the first time I can actually use the rope hangers they come with.


I'm growing in Promix with added perlite. I use General Hydroponics 3 part flora system & Floralicious plus.

I have a line up of plants to keep her filled so without further ado here's the line up....In the left field I have a gangly Gelato stretching past her own territory and invading the GSC centre fielders space, next to her is my final Bubble bomb, Its been a good run, a couple of years now but its time to say good by to this strain. On the far right I have 2 almost 7 week old GSC auto's? I culled the male 3 weeks ago but the fems still haven't budded up yet. Both look good and have shown sex but I'm flipping them to 12/12 along with the rest of the gang in the tent.

In the minor leagues in my veg closet under T5 fluorescent I have a group of young players getting ready to show their stuff But I fear I'm going to run out of room. I have to veg these until the tent is finished or space opens up and that's 2 months at least....

My line up is FruityOG, BlueBerry Kush, Biscotti Skunk, QCBlue, Alaska Thunderfuck & Blackberry/AK47....The BB/AK47 is still in a solo cup and not growing very quickly the others are thriving.

Ya it did a lot of damage but the center track missed us by 300km, we lost power and tree limbs but most of it hit east of us......

What about you? Gees you just got blasted didn't you? How much damage did it do in your area? Did St Pete's / Tampa get hit hard?...

Most of the coverage I saw was Fort Myers / Naples ? Sanabel Island... Just leveled Poor folks that had that wrath over them....I can't imagine what that was like. I went through a cat 1 or 2 in Hawaii years ago, single & having fun but it was nothing like Ian

We are 125 mile north of fort meyers so we just got a little rain - had way worse rain storms during the summer - but some friends who live in Sarasota just got power back

Hey, I have these auto GSC, I had 3 growing I may have got from you back a few years ago ( thanks again by the way) 1 male showed at 5-6 weeks, I pulled it and transplanted the other 2 into 3 gal pots, They are growing well but they are now over 2 months old and no buds are forming wtf I though auto's should flip automatically lol....anyways fk it they're going on 12/12 tonight, I've had them on 18 hrs since birth

They were popped and in solo cups Aug 7 On Sept 18th I noticed balls on the 1 and its now Qct 8 and no buds?.......I was hoping to grow these suckers on 18hrs to get the max out of them I could but it looks like they'll have none of that bs...lol......

Have you run into that? I haven't grown that many auto's although I grew these seeds out once before but flipped them to 12/12 under my 1000 watt hps with great hard frosty great buds so I thought 18hrs under the new led's.... ya baby

I grew out some bhut jolokia Ghost peppers this year and my son and I sampled them last night with shots of Vodka. Small slivers cut off the bottom then we moved our way up to the seeds......It stopped being fun after 4 rounds....The first of it off the bottom was sweet hot but a nice flavor......as we moved up the pepper the flavor was just hot biting pain.....I had cold grapes to help cool off our mouth and they worked great until they didn't.

My wife who wasn't partaking in this foolishness when we were both suffering bad said..." there's Ice cream in the fridge" lol funny as heck watching him devour ice cream while almost crying, tears running down his cheeks as I'm laughing and gasping from my own suffering.......There were no more peppers and shots after that.......We stuck with my smoke for the rest of the night.

Oct 11, I turned the timer to 12/12 last Sunday 10 weeks is Dec 18th and I ran the Gelato last time 11 and that puts on Christmas day harvest if I let her go that long.

I have 2 3'x3' nets I think I can combine and use across the back of the tent for a 3x5' coverage. I'll need support for them regardless of the method I use. I've a number of Yoyo's I can use but I keep whacking the almost invisible lines.

Today I watered the GSC photo with 1.5 gallons water with 1/4 tsp Epsom Salts per gallon. I fed my Bubble Bomb 6 ml Micro / 6 ml Grow / 6 ml Bloom / 1 ml Floralicious plus and 2 ml PH up / gallon. These girls are 3 months old and I've had under feeding issues growing under the led lights. I'm giving them a bit more than I have under HPS.

The Gelato is at the back climbing the walls, the Bubble Bomb hidden in the middle, the GSC photo is up front in a 5 gal pot and the 2 GSC auto's are on the back right.

My phone Cam won't autofocus properly anymore so my pics are crap now. Can't afford a new phone so it would be cheaper to get a quality point n shoot w/ a few features.

Been looking but unable to make a decision as most everything is junk.

I bought the Canon T7 Rebel dslr with an extra 60mm micro lens but I need training on how to use it properly. To use anything other than auto focus requires good eyes and I used to have but not so much any more so I take a hundred shots hoping to get 1 or 2 good ones. Single focus camera's are tricky to get used to.

Oct 13, the SF600 came today and it took minutes to hook up and hang. The literature on this light says recommended for veg, well I'm not using it for veg I'm using it to increase my light on the edges of both SE3000.. There isn't a dimmer attached and all its got gives me a consistent 35,000 - 41,000 lux across the front of the tent 14-16" from the light.

That's much better than I had prior to adding this light where I had 20,000 - 30,000 lux.....I only got 35,000 - 45,000 lux off my 1000w hps 18" away. I'm not sure the 2 correlate to each other but the numbers do so....... layman like.. It has also added some heat and I was able to shut off my 75w reptile lamp I was using to increase temps I guess that's an even swap wattage wise so with added light.

The girls in the tent are doing well the Gelato in the corner wants a second floor, I have them on 1ft soda crates and I'll drop them to 4" soda crates when I bump up the lights a bit more as the buds start showing.

The 2 GSC auto's are still not blooming....close but nothing yet. Growing like weeds in the corner, they look happy drinking well with nice wide Indica leaves. I don't remember that from the last time I grew these out, I just hope they sparkle like their sisters did.

I transplanted 5 into 3 gallon fabric pots today, The Biscotti Skunk, QCBlue, Quebec Blast, Alaska Thunderfuck & Fruity OG. They were all past due to be transplanted and it looks like the FruityOG was well root wrapped and I can see the start of stunting so It was a good day to giver her room to grow.

A major problem is rising.......I have no room at the inn for all these healthy girls, I've a 3x3 without a light and its not big enough for these 5 any ways. I may have to drop the 3x3 and hang my 1000w hps back up if I can squeeze it in......I want too much out of these girls to stunt them and I'll have no where to keep them for 2 + more months until the others finish If I don't do something quick....

I also want clones off these 5+ and where are they going to go.......I need a new bigger boat!

I dropped the Gelato in the corner today and lollypopped them somewhat I'll get to the rest tomorrow.

My wife made up a batch of gummy's but there's something missing, they still work they just look and taste a bit odd......I asked here after I saw them if she added the lecithin?.......ooops

Ya cats they sleep in odd position, I saw him laying there so I covered him up and he stayed like that for about an hour until one of the other cats went and hassled him.

I laid the girls down last night but they were standing up again today so I bent them over some more, I only needed duct tape on 1 lol...

Pics of the girls in the tent are on the far left a Gelato next to a Bubble Bomb and a GSC is up front in a 5 gallon pot. On the right side I hace 2 GSC auto's having a tough time going into flower.
