Using CO2 tabs. Is it ok to fart inside the tent?

I use an orange oil and water mixture. 2oz of orange oil and the rest of a quart size spray bottle with water. It's a cleaner, degreaser, and excellent insecticide. After it's clean I use an ozone generator for a day. I don't enter the room while the gen is on and before entering I hit the exhaust using Alexa to control that outlet. Nothing alive will survive the ozone if the orange oil didn't kill it first.
When I'm done I could do surgery in there it's so sterile.

Do you use a dedicated ozone generator?
Or is it one of those "air purifiers" that filter the air and output ozone as a waste gas?
(either one would work for me... just wondering which kind of machine you use)

This is the model I have but I bought it used on Ebay for around $100.

I took it apart to make another generator too using one if it's lamps installed in a small 4" duct that I can use other places like in my car etc but the Big Blue with 2 lamps is for the grow room. During flower I hook it on to the out going exhaust to kill odor which is it's intended purpose. But once I read hospitals use ozone in between surgeries I started using it for sterilizing my room too

Unless you dissembled the tent and autoclaved the thing one can never sterilize. But by wiping down like you say you can reduce the spore loads to manageable levels. Even in clean rooms there were viable and no viable ranges based on the air quality.

Question for you tenters….

After a crop is harvested do you make it a point, a required step, to wipe down all interior surfaces with a disinfectant like bleach, hypochlorite? Aside from sweeping or wet mop, do you do any sanitization prior to bringing in the next crop?

Yes you should clean and sterilize in between crops - I run a perpetual so my tent is never empty I don’t clean like I should and sometimes pay the price!

What do you guys think of Ivan's method of bringing the grow space to 150° F? Not sure if applicable in a tent although.
I love the terps a good Sulphur fart brings out btw.

When I do clean it’s with bleach water mix kill everything I say any bugs or spores of any kind need to die

One last item…

Spor-Klenz is not cheap. It’s used in commercial manufacturing and has all the bells and whistles ensuring potency, purity.

But we don’t care ‘bout not stinkin’ regulations.

You can buy each of the three components then formulate your own spor- klenz. If your interested I’ll send the percentage of each component for the use concentration.

One last note…
Once applied a specific residence time is needed. I’ll get that. It’s not crazy. Then to eliminate residue buildup you wipe everything down with a clean rag, clean water with alcohol. Nothing fancy. Removes the residue while reducing contamination of your new clean surface.

Yeah I can’t beat the price of the distilled white vinegar I get. It’s like under $3 for a gallon but I’ll have to check that out.

I think as long as we don't try and light the fart inside the tent, we'll be in the clear!

But... well... methane is about 20 twenty times more powerful than CO2 when it comes to trapping heat, but on the other hand it's approximately three times lighter than CO2.

So, even if we fart inside the tent, we'll probably be OK, providing the fans are running.

But I think this matter should be further discussed here!

I must disagree. I have farted inside a tent and it was NOT okay. I got kicked out of the tent for the night!
