Now I know distilled or ro water is ideal. I got that, but all of us have had to use tap water at some point. If you live in the city, or use city water chances are it contains chlorine and or chloramine. Well if you have vitamin c then your going to be able to neutralize the chlorine/chloramine in under 5 minutes. 40 MG of vitamin c per gallon is it. Most vitamin c pills contain 500mg +. So just a small fraction of the tablet. Crush put in water -shake- let sit 5 min. That's it.
Best part is it took my city water w ph of 7.7 to 6.8. Almost ideal.( I put probably around 100mg roughly. )
