You need to water along the sides of your pot, and not around the root ball of the plant, meaning directly up close to the stalk. Doing this makes a mud hole u def your plant, depriving it of oxygen and she will drown.
To fix this, start watering along the outer edge, you will never get what you need in the soil using a sprayer. Get a solo cup and water it a cup at a time if you have to. As soon as you get the watering process right, she will line out.
okay i am going to try this, so you think there’s hope she will bounce back if i start watering right? it’s not a loss cause? also should i water again tomorrow or wait till next watering? does this rule also apply when feeding it liquid fertilizer feed it around the outside and not by the root ball?

I do believe it will bounce back, providing you line up your watering. Do not water with anything next to the stalk. Good luck!

it has one of these for when the water seeps out of the sides
I am not a fan of those , basically no airflow underneath them.. don’t want them swimming in swamp water.

I grow in Fabric pots but raise then with these - they also have rollers making it easier to move or reposition them

have you ever tried the AC infinity self water for fabric pots?
I built my own and they’ve been working amazingly.

My first version cost about $7.50 each, these cost about $5 more since I’m using larger buckets.

Here’s the first version build:

These would hold a little over a half gallon, so I was refilling every day / day and a half. You just need to run a pair of watering wicks in an X across the platform and let them drop a few inches into the water.

The new buckets hold over 2 gallons easily.

yes. use @GNick55 in your post..
ok that is definitely your issue watering everd 3 days with the roots sitting in damp wet muck.. @CannaGranny nailed this one..
your lucky it’s not worse..
get your pot/bag risers and proper watering and you’ll be good in time if there’s no damage done already

@GNick55 would putting a small fan by on the floor pointing towards the plant help with air flow till i can find something to lift the plant up

also how do you determine how much water to give a plant? like how much water does a 5 gallon pot supposed to get?
Am I only one.who thinks they look pretty good? I mean, I see the point about what looks like a little droopy at the tops.....do the leaves move up and down over time, or are they now always drooping.....really more at the tops...you said it just started looking like that, so.....maybe you overwatered a bit, hard to tell, watering also has to be a bit of a feel after a while, letting the soil dry out just a bit between waterings that seep slowly throughout, but is "just enough/plenty for now", and that's a feel. The size of the plant, the humidity, the strain.......will make you adjust. You gotta touch the soil or medium too...is the light a bit too close?

Maybe it's a little the strain too? But absent anything really wrong, see if they adjust......they kinda look alright...

But then you said the pot isn't heavy but the soil is a little hard? Is it good soil? It should be more fluffy and moist...
