Yes, lights and fans always on but most on timers.

Mines a 3 in 1 tent so I have 3 lights in 3 zones. Always have at least 2 zones running.

Main tent zone 1 is 3’x3’ & the light is in flower mode from 7pm to 7am.

Zone 2 is a pre-veg area running at 50% light to slow growth down until I can move to zone 1. It’s on a 6/2 light schedule. 18/6 cut into thirds.

Anything else sir?

sorry i read your message wrong. i was just asking because of house fires like how common is it i get nervous leaving my light on when i’m not home even though my light doesn’t put off any heat

To hot to hold but not as bad as my 450w LED.

It’s not the LEDs it’s the ballast.

i use 1000 watt MH/HPS.. on all day.. weather i’m home or not, plants have to stay on a schedule.. first thing i do when i get home is at least look downstairs and see that i know the light is on and fan running..
than i’m good haha..

lol yeah me too, i don’t have kids but i feel you. i check my tent all the time. i have a cool window i can look through

To say that there haven't been tent fires would be lying but what one member did, which I think is genius, is he put a smoke alarm in his tent.

Personally, I don't think you have anything to worry about but if it gives you piece of mind I would install one in the tent. You could pair it with a remote camera inside the tent. If you use an alarm that has wifi capabilities you can have it go off and check the camera to make sure it's not a false alarm if you're away. That set up is on my list as I tend to have to leave for long periods of time so remote monitoring for me is a must.

Same here. In winter we vent the dryer into the basement. If it mucks with the tent I just switch it back to outside.

that’s good i think it would be nice to have a room dedicated to it.

side note i made my fiancé some nutrient water with grow big and big bloom for her house plants is that mixture savable or does it go bad?

I would imagine itd be good as long as the water stays good. If you have an aerator, drop that in there and keep it bubbled.
