The lens design does make the PAR value more evenly distributed, allowing plants to grow more evenly.

A2: It will create more concentrated light, create an increased PAR map and with more uniform distribution, Increase light penetration into your plants which in the end will provide increased yields!!

I don't know, but they can't hurt it. I would think the lenses would make the light more consistent across the canopy, resulting in higher yields.
