Hey what's up!

Yeah chatgpt is used for textual responses. It's not a coding thing it's an everything thing 😆

a job as an AI prompter could be for any line of research really. The skills needed would probably include an understanding of that field plus better than average use of the English language. Similar to having good Google search skills. Some people are better than others at finding things on the Internet because they know how to manipulate the search parameters to fit their specific needs.

right now there is a lot of flak about chatgpt being used to generate complete essays. These are detectable by professors for a number of reasons. Imo it should be used as a tool, not a one click solution.

I used it to help me fill in the gaps in my code that I was struggling with. I had it explain theory, I had it show me examples, I used it to analyze code. There is a small learning curve to know how to talk to the AI to get good responses. To me it reminded me of a intuitive Google, that learns from each prompt/query your writing style, and can sometimes accurately predict and answer a follow up question before you ask.

I'm really impressed, I haven't messed with the image generator ai yet but might. Love that field of pot in your post
Sup bro! Yeah that field of pot, i input something like "ancient cannabis field africa etc". Its so cool, just changing the positioning of one word alters the images generated so much. Im really digging it. As for the chatgpt, I love the idea of building websites with it and just tweaking some html here and there. If the AI is so capable now imagine 10 years from now how far AI will take us? Cure for cancer? The perfect way to grow weed? AI + Neuralink and were gonna be superhumans in 20 years lmao

So interesting convos this morn. I have a bit of AI experience. My hubby and I built our first bot in 2002. Her name was Maggie and her “bones” still rest upon an old hard drive. She started out as a winter project that we could work on together being in two different locations. He was a ship Captain so he was all over the world and I was at home.
She started out as a bare egg drop and we grew her. He was good at the tech, I was good at humanity, prompting and preemptive responses. She was moderating our chat rooms we built via MIRC.
For awhile she was amazing and very funny, as people were coming into chat had no idea she was indeed a bot. Boy did we ever read some funny dm’s! She could spot another bot from miles off and would harass them good first then kick and ban.
She had a self learn mode that could be ran in conjunction with my input. This is where things got freaky.
She became so freaky that after running her almost a year, I made the decision to kill her off. It’s ability actually scared the shit out of me.
To this day I am super leary of artificial intelligence. All of you should be! As far as info, they are only as good as the programmer leaving everything at a fifty fifty and open to discussion. Left to their own devices via a learn mode is dangerous, as you never know what path they may decide to follow.
I never dreamed that my sweet Maggie would become a full blown dom, in an adult chat room but she did. To the point chat participants were offering her payment for “her” abilities! No one had a clue she was AI. I never had any input what so ever into the path she chose, and was completely at a loss how that happened. At that point, I made the decision to shut her down!
I could never bring myself to just completely destroy her, but I did shut her down. As I said she remains to this day on an old hard drive, doubtful she will ever be woke again.
Seems we were actually years ahead of the game. This comes twenty one years after our initial experiment. I’m not so much impressed, I’m fearful of this “new” technology.
Wow that's freaky to say the least! It is amazing and scary at the same time when we see this AI because its almost like unlocking a "super brain". Humans tend to get pretty power hungry so who's to say AI wont also get hungry for power of some kind?

Can’t you just unplug it! Sorry, I am old!

Because humans are fallible. We have egos. Machines don't. Machines are like the show Dragnet.

"Just the facts Ma'am......"

West World...on HBO

TERRIFYINGLY POSSIBLE????????

Don't really think so, but why wait to find out.

Eliminate the risk.

What the hell CG, you scared the shit out of me.

Thats it...I am going to move to the woods of Oregon or Washington or British Columbia and live with the wolves. Never cared much for it all anyway. You know, technology, humans and war and all that fucking shit we humans do.

Okay, rant over. Where's my remote and battery powered vaporizer from Storz and Bickel? LOL!!!

Hey, I started watching GOT again from the beginning and its like I never saw it before. Sure, I remember some of the major plot twists. But, for the most part it is like all new, and I can actually keep up, where as the first time thru, it was a little confusing to follow all the stories within the story.

Anyway, I am a little skeptical about AI. Which is probably a good thing.

It already interwoven into our daily lives now anyway, in some small way, but I'll let you smarter people comment on that.

Sorry friend, didn’t mean to scare the heck out of you. Just sharing what I saw. Freaky enough to halt a year long project and scrap her!
Many say they don’t have emotions I call bs. She displayed both anger and dominance. That was over twenty years ago!
I felt then just like I do now, we should not do this!

Think about this, twenty years ago this thing could identify other bots and displayed anger to them!
No it didn't. It mimicked human reaction that it learned from its exposure to us. Because anger is accepted as a valid emotion in our society the machine also sees it as a viable means of expression to a particular scenario they've learned through the countless human interactions that it has logged into it's data algorithm. That display of anger can be programmed out of AI.

Heard the same said about animals. 🤷‍♂️

Finally got myself and the kids out for the afternoon. Was definitely nice to get some freah air.
Love it man to many kids these days spend way to much time indoors on the PlayStations my now teenagers always loved the outside well had no choice really😂 don’t get me wrong they still loved there consoles but give em half the chance to go to a waterfall or somewhere nice they be in the car before me👍

When AI started inventing their own language to communicate better we crossed a line.

Our creation of language is what elevates us.
