I never top, only LST. Topping has been known to stress plants.They say 2 heads are better than 1. Well, how’s 40?I’m going to top the 2 chutes right below the main 2, here in a few days. Necks week probably, I’ll be lollipopping them. Lst should be starting in about 3 days at this rate.

Never had an issue myself. As long as your plant is happy and healthy before flip, I’ve never got into shit over it. But it is damn stressful, just gotta let it heal properly in between toppings.

Nah. I do both, your doubling sites everytime you snip, there is no way a lst only plant is ever going to match the yield, lst I wonderful too, I’ve been growing for 22 years, so my approach to these ladies is no mercy. As long as you have great genetics, sky is the limit. Never had a plant stress to herm over what I do them. That’s just me though.

I always top If the plant can't handle it, it doesn't get used. I like big buds, and when growing past a certain density point, buds rot if not topped to equal amounts. No matter the airflow, topping allows for multiple bud spread and bigger yields. just my opinion.

yeah and topping/mainlining heavily reduces the amount of fluffy shit buds which is great. Something im still yet to perfect on my wild scrogs. sacrifices must be made below the canopy. to what point I havent quite worked out yet.That’s rad tho
