I've been researching defoliating but always been too nervous to do it. I always think i will go too far. This is the first time so do I need to do more? Did I do too much? Any info is appreciated. Thx.

You'll want to lollypop them as well, strip all the stuff below the net that won't develop well, any branches that won't hit the net chop them off. Youtube lollypopping

Thx. I will definitely look into that.

Looks good. Before day 21 of flower I would take alot of the lower stuff off. Maybe leave 3 or 4 nodes on each branch. Get big buds.

Hey Zill.
Everything off bellow the scrog net. This opens up the space for airflow. It's dark down there and it's easy for mold and mildew problems to show up.

Above the scrog net.
I like to leave as many leaves as I can. They are light collectors. But I also pinch off every bud 4" bellow the top cola on every branch.
If you take all the little buds off the sides of the branches.
The plant focuses it's energy on growing nice top colas for you. Any buds that grow bellow the top cola, They turn into little popcorn bud. Little popcorn buds are a lot of work to trim and look after properly. So we take them off.
And the plant grows nice top colas for us to harvest.

Try it some time.
Defoliate most of a plant and leave a stalk or 2 untouched.
When you harvest you will see the difference first hand.
