I remember when I was a kid, my mom put that shit on her salad every night, and I could not stand the smell of it. It smelled like feet to me. Literally made me gag.

But as I got older I actually kind of like blue cheese. Still not something I would eat a lot, but I like it now and again.

Not that I've noticed but I'm rehydrating it a little and I'll be able to get a better scope on the profile in a day or two.

The dude that gave it to me found it flipping houses. Someone left a whole jar of it behind in a cabinet in a house. It said "Bird 2017" on the lid but there's no way this bud is from 2017. It was definitely harvested within the past 2 years without a doubt.

So, who knows what it could be. But yes very cheesy and somewhat peppery smell is prominent at the moment.

didnt see the bottom until now, knew ive seen and tasted bud that looks like that somewhere. does it have a spicy almost pepper taste there to citrus to the smell abit.
