Help what to do with this mess

Not sure what to do with this plant seems out of control to me topped it a week ago tried to tie some branches down to spread it out

Back off on the nitrogen. It’s vegging waaaaay too hard. Getting close to a toxicity.

I just gave it it’s first dose of fox farm grow big 2 days ago and only did 2tsp in a gallon and split that between 2 plants

Awesome. Well maybe split that in half next couple of feeds. Fox farm is hot stuff.

Don’t need to ph water unless you are using distilled water. In soil water from the tap is fine.

Oh yeah you are def fine then. That stuff is stacked with buffers.

would not hurt to defoliate a few of those big leaves let some light get in there and some air ,looks like you have some white spots on the bottom ones

I think the white spots are from when I watered and got some droplets on the leaves

Do I defoliate while lights are on or can I do it after lights shut off?

i do it with the lights on , not really sure it matters when you do it

there is so many different ways to grow weed , what works for 1 might not work for you and vice versa . ya just gotta find what works for you and stick with it
