I don't like to take a few leaves everyday only because I like to give them at least a couple days of healing.....
I tend to write it as "a few leaves at a time" (or something like that) because it's hard to describe what I do. The idea, however, is to contrast the slow removal of leaves with removal of as much as a third or more of the plant at once, which is likely to be much more stressful and can even kill a plant. At the end of the day, defoliation is a learned skill that involves reading the plant, experience, growing style and what the grower wants to achieve.

Any ideas on my leaf discoloration

Cause it looks like your lights are the cause....

My led side of my flower tent isn't dialed in, even as we speak......it's to much for my ladies....

Yes. This:

I didn't see the thread till just now. Looking back at the pictures, the leaves are too dark, meaning there's too much nitrogen. The plant can recover from that and can still make it to harvest.
I have only given it 1tsp of grow big in a gallon since that post and I flushed soil this last week

Yea still seems like it’s not completely happy
Is it just sitting on the cold floor? May want to insulate the space between your floor and pot.
Cold damage on cannabis looks like an iron deficiency coupled with overwatering. It turns the newest plant growth into a really light green.

It is sitting on a cold floor and I have been letting her dry out before watering the last time I watered I did soak and flush the soil pretty good so it’s taking a while to dry out
