You can grow 6 here, if two people reside there can be 12 max per household. We also have the 1oz posses limit, which also includes giving away a oz. You can’t sell it. There’s also part of the law that states they can’t search your home because they smell it. The law does appear to apply in the house but I think the intention is to add a loophole transporting the final product. The law's less than a year old in my state but kind of vague. I'm still not sure what "possess" 1.5 oz means if you can grow 2 plants. If two plants only yield 1.5 oz then something went terribly wrong.
It’s called a suspicious activity alert. There’s also another acronym for another one when you deposit less than 5k and your next deposit hits the 5k.Speaking of money, I just deposited 20k in a high yield savings account. Half of it was money I was saving at home over the years. Banks have to report anything 10k or more to the federal government and they can audit you to find out where the money came from. Even if cash deposits add up to 10k over a year it gets reported.
America's turned into a shithole.
That’s wild, where are you?You can grow 6 here, if two people reside there can be 12 max per household. We also have the 1oz posses limit, which also includes giving away a oz. You can’t sell it. It gets crazier. We passed medical first. You could get a license to purchase or grow if you are 30 miles away from the dispensary. If you got a license to grow you couldn’t go and purchase. I believe there is exceptions to cannabis employment. So later recreational was voted in allowing you to grow your 6 plants, but the medical 30 miles still applies. So using it medically you’re not permitted to grow legally unless you have your license, which then doesn’t allow you to purchase. lol. Sounds crazy right? Here’s what goes on if you buy the medical license you pay about $4-$5 on taxes. License costs from the state were about $150. Then you have to pay the doctor for approval, about $200 or so. If you buy recreational the taxes are about 40-50%. So buying the license is cheaper if you’re a patient and regular user, makes sense to purchase your license as long as you’re only going to buy, yet getting that license restricts you from legally growing. I let my medical license expire and went to the garden store the next day. I spent roughly $900, grabbed 4 clones elsewhere. I was spending $500 bucks a month, paid for itself.
