If that’s true that spraying zymes is okay up to harvest, maybe you can do that and still wait? If you spray now (before lights off of course..), the active aphids will slow down to a crawl and be dead within a few days. You’ll miss some though. Then if you spray again a few days later, you’ll get some of the babies and remaining adults. Harvesting now is the safe bet, but you gotta make the call on the gamble. It could go either way for you.

As for bud washing, do some research on that. Not saying no one here couldn’t just tell you how to do it but watching a video and listening to a podcast about it (Mr Growit with Pigeons 420 talks about it in detail) will have you better prepared than a write up on the forum.

When you say dunk and squish the branches underwater do you mean the Bud also or only the branches? The buds have aphids on them from the leaves all the way up into the buds

Also my comment was supposed to stay i wouldn't chop early, the aphids may slow down the ripening but not much
