I have a CFL light (spectromaster 300w dual spectrum) Can't regulate the intensity haha.. Gonna purchase leds the 25ft :)

Some CFL can be dimmed with a dimmer switch, most won't unless it's a home style bulb but there's some out there.
Does it say "Non-Dimmable"?

Nope i can't dim the light unfortunately :(

If raising the light doesn't help, you could try and tilt the light so not as much light is directed toward the plant.

I transplanted this one just before the roots hit the sides

If it's an auto they just suck, get fem seeds instead.
