I'm calling this transplant a success! She is growing again already. my beautiful baby. gonna have to grow out more gelatos in the future if this smokes as well as the parents or prob even better? Idk. I'll find out in like 5 months.

I don't see any balls growing. I'm calling it a female. So far this baby is doing exactly like daddy and mommy did. Means it'll prob be bushy. Anyhow. Looking good today!

Baby Gelato Notes:

LOVES THE LIGHT! I'm thinking the parents being sungrown in that heatwave might have something to do with it.
The strain itself is a light lover. So I keep her front and center.
Growing just like the father I'm thinking it'll look like that beautiful gelato I had last year. Only this one is going the distance.

Note:
Bacio gelato strain grows smol. Hahaha I knew this already from last year grow. Shouldn't be Over 30 inches tall by the end of it all. I'll measure every few weeks or when I see growth spurts but there should t be many of those as it should grow consistent.

Baby gelato day 28. I'm sure the transplant kept it from being as tall as daddy at this point. But is a good size I'm happy with it.

Getting a little taller now. The transplant defo took a couple days of settling in but she's growing well just beautiful yall. I love this baby!

Trimmed the lower leaves and gave her some water. All is well.

I remember the parents weren't too fond of being watered either. But they love the light! Make a note of that! baby gelato chugging along. The veg stage is kinda boring yall. I'll try to keep an update weekly til flower time!

Had a little hiccup with humidity and possible overwatering. This is my 1st time using aeropot so I'm not keen on the watering schedule with them yet.

But we've grown through it and all is well now. thank you.

I gotta say for those of you that got gelato seeds from me ..I truly hope you can grow them out to the beauties they are. My goodness even with my crawly growing skills it's just beautiful man. I hope they all grow beautiful for you as well!

Definitely got one going .....still waiting for some seeds to break soil.....unfortunately, this is the time of season changeover....readjusting for that takes me a minute....

Awesome! As long as one pops for everybody I'm happy af! I remember the parents weren't super sweet...so I'm curious if these will be or just that nice lingering sweetness. Mine is defo growing much better now that I've got the humidity fixed. And they defo love the light!

It's a whopping 9.5 inches. I gotta say this is a hardy plant. The conditions have not been ideal for it but it still grows! Hahaha! I'm loving it. It's getting bushy in the middle so I'll be doing some trimming in the next day or 2. Hope all is growing well with everyone!

Trimmed a little bit on the bottom and inside. Should help strengthen the stem it's pretty thick already tho..looks good now.

Ok wow. So we got through that issue! Gelato looking good again! as you can see I started tucking the leaves getting ready to flip to flower tomorrow. Should be interesting to see what pops up! happy breeding everyone!
