Agree w/ Sunin, my first impression was mites as well, however where it's the only plant having that issue it could just be weird genetics, let us know!

Yeah I was puzzled by this. My plant does not look quite that bad as in your picture. I used a 1000x digital microscope and examined probably a dozen or more leaf surfaces and found nada. No sightings of mite or mite sign anywhere. Nothing crawling. No eggs. I think I'm chalking it up to poor genetics/runting at this point.
