Aaallllllllrighty then, it was feeding day today! Unfortunately the liquilife was DOA, bottlecap must have popped open during shipping. But the liquid biosupercharger was fine so i got to use that! And that also has calcium in it, which is another reason i did this the way i did, since i mixed a few things together.
I fed kinda light so i can observe and add more later as i learn these nutrients and how cannabis in general can process it. Gives my noobish mind some experience lol
So the 2 purple cow additives both say to add 1tbsp into 1 gallon of water, and the foxfarms
calmag says 1tsp per gallon. So i mixed 0.5tsp of each into a half a gallon of distilled water, and im letting my drip system finish watering with regular distilled water lol a good amount less than the purple cow stuff recommends, but shes calcium deficient right now so i went with the recommended dosage of the
calmag.
I have to wait until my next chance to go to the garden shop for something a little heavier in P, the liquid supercharger has 7% K already so i think thatl be aight. I dont actually know yet, never grown a plant in my life lol
If anyone has any suggestions for future feedings, please let me know :) enjoy the photos!
O shit looking at the picture reminded me. I found something on the tip of 1 leaf. It resembles powdery mildew, but its not on any other leaves. So im watching closely.
However, there could be a weird explanation for this. If you see the picture of the back of my fan, youl see that i wasnt using distilled water in my humidifier for a little bit.... lol towards the beginning of the grow, iv got a distiller now. Anyways, so the clacium and other minerals were being released into the air and built up on a few things in the tent. I got most of it cleaned off, but my fan is oscilating so i figured il just clean it later. So i feel like its possible that the fan is blowing the minerals around a little, and some may be sticking to that leaf.
I tried to gently scratch it off the leaf, but didnt get it all off. So im still unsure.... if it is powdery mildew, i know i can lower humidity to help take it out, but what else can i do? Would
neem oil spray work?
I appreciate you all!
