Hey no problem man! I really appreciate the input :) i know you just want this lady to do as well as i want her to.

Definitely you are right about one thing, she absolutely does have a calmag deficiency. That very first leaf, the big one, in that little video i took actually had some signs of it. Very very light signs, but once the camera focuses you can see it.

Its very possible as well that the camera is actually picking something my eyes arent. I dont think thats the case because i was pretty thorough on that last check lol BUT ya never know.

I always appreciate feedback, even if i get a little snippy in my reply hahaha i appreciate you

No worries, I shouldnt have doubted you in the first place but I could swear that even if those were light illusions I was seeing some other small spots. All good man, I never got offended and I hope you didnt either and if you did Im sorry, it wasnt my intention.
So if you can locate some rusty spots yes, get some calmag. As for the rest the plant doesnt seem hungry but I would get a bloom nute bottle just in case because she still has a long way to go.

enzymes and microbes would help. think that what he meant by saying "nutrient availability support" 🤟
@mstrpkl

One of the things I like to do before I plant my seed or clone is to prepare the soil. I'm not an organic grower, per se, but the products I use are. The questionable one would be the FloraNova but I tested it in a petrie dish with some agar and it didn't affect it at all so while it may not technically be deemed organic it has organics in it and it doesn't bother any of the others.

What I do to fortify my soil, keeping in mind that I will be feeding it immediately available food, is add in some mycorrhizae from Xtreme Gardening into the final transplant hole. I also use some liquid bacteria, Voodoo Juice, from Advanced Nutrients to bump the bacterial community in the soil. VJ is one of the few amendments that I use outside of base and cal/mag. I use it the first few weeks of seedling/early veg.

Why would I be amending the soil in an organic way while using salt ferts? The immediately available ions from FloraNova will give the plants something to eat the moment I pour it into the soil while the bacteria and fungus are breaking down the organic matter. Doing it this way means there will always be food available to the plant so having deficiencies will be a thing of the past. I haven't had a deficiency in more than 10 years.

Trimmed and used my new auto watering system for the first time today :) i bought some purple cow nutrients, im curious to see if i can make it through this grow using only those products and how well its gonna work. Next watering should only be a few days away, i think shel be alright until then.

HOWEVER.... i found a few booboo leaves while i was trimming. Not a ton, but there was a few. I took a picture of them so everyone can see 👀

Cant wait for those nutrients to come in

that's mostly mechanical damage
scrog means more damage 😉
I have many leaves with such a signs at level of scrog.
loads of them is green in your case- full of N- your plant would use it
few dots are calcium def so good luck with cow additions ( they are not severe so you should be good, don't overdo it as you can lock out Mg) 🙃

in flower plant will start to reject bit more under net investing in stack
don't remove too much. start to just pick up what plant will give you in yellow totally used leaves
Literally- give you- as you will grab leaf petiole and leaf will stay in your hand. If she holds it- she's still using it 🤟

Well those leaves were under the scrog and were never smashed or twisted by it. Not sure if that can still happen though haha or if, like you said, the plant was just rejecting those leaves and letting them die off. But if thats true and thats just mechanical damage then that really does make me feel better lol

Heres the things i picked up off amazon from purple cow, let me know if you guys think these can cause or exacerbate any issues

I have no experience with those personally. Those were recommended by purple cow so it's got what you need to help your plant absorbed nutes from the soil that's for sure. But you also need the nutrients your plant is craving now that she is pushing out buds. Don't rely on the soil to have all the good stuff. Get an organic bloom. A bloom booster too. These have the good shit your plant wants. More P, K. The bio active shit is to help your plant be able to get that good shit out and eat it.

Look at the difference between yesterday and today lol finally have time to get calmag tomorrow. She looks light on iron right now too. At least based on what iv looked up.

A good organic cal mag should have macro nutes also. Iron being one of them. At least the organic cal mag I grabbed on Amazon has it.

You might need micros. This coloration seems to look a bit like copper deficiency. Notice that sort of "rusty metal" appearance of the leaves I circled? A good micronutrient will have that, as well as, iron and sulfur. Both of which can cause that type of yellowy new growth if deficient. Even silica can cause that, although highly unlikely. Micros are essential catalysts for chlorophyll production and it looks like she's struggling to green up.

You must have a damn good eye or im blind hahaha i definitely see a lack of chlorophyll on the new growth, but i cant see anything in those circled leaves. At least not in the picture. Il have to look at it in person later tonight to see.

Also, and im just throwing this out there as a possibility, my LED lights are doing this weird thing where the red lights are basically beaming straight down and making certain leaves look rusty, and the blue LED lights are making certain leaves look like they have dark patches. Its really fuckin weird. Il take a picture of those exact leaves up a little closer tonight to see if its still doing that. Regardless shes definitely deficient in a few things so that has to be fixed ASAP.

Any tips on how to feed her properly when i just watered her recently?

Wait until next watering is my thoughts.

Also cameras and LEDs are a funky thing. They can reflect and pick up IR and shit our eyes don't. Did you know LEDs are on n fact blinking something like 60x per second. Way too fast for us to see but a camera can capture at just the right moment. This is why some LEDs make a flicker when recorded. As long as you can incorporate the info about the discoloration and ID it properly then you are on your way.
