The number one watering-related thing that will inhibit branching is over-watering, meaning the roots don't get enough air because the media holds onto water and gets watered too frequently. What you're asking about is how well a point dripper saturates a three-dimensional pot. That's going to depend on the wicking properties of the media.
Ah that's cool man, are you able to store pollen for long periods of time so you can harvest a bunch and use it in the future with other strains?
And for you, what are the main priorities flavour yeild bag appeal or just fun?
That's interesting that over watering can limit branching, my media is pretty good for nutrients and airation but I gave little to no consideration to water wicking properties when planning my soil mix... something to consider for next time😁

I might store some pollen. I don't know. This is my first seed run, so I'm learning by doing. In the meantime...it's a boy!

Flip day for the third stringers, meaning the girls that didn't go in the seed tent or the next best flower tent. Probably over-vegged.

Plain water?
that's what i use. spritz the whole plant and wherever the pollen got. Then kill it soon thereafter. In my experience pollen just goes everywhere but you can reduce it and render the visible stuff unviable that way too.

This grow has become three grows: 1) A seed tent, where I'm crossing CASH x Bubbleberry and PFG x Bubbleberry, 2) a flower tent with the three most vigorous unpollinated females, and 3) the third stringer flower tent, shown below.

Purple Frost Giant Super Grape, putting on some purple.

Test nug #1 contains what appear to be cannabis seeds. It's a seed run, so that's welcome, if not unexpected.

Chop day in flower tent #1. F9D3. My whole house smells like candy. These were the 3rd stringers from the plants I started for a seed run, and they didn't fail to disappoint. Not as much stretch as I hoped for/expected. Clockwise from top left: CASH, CASH, PFGSG, Bubbleberry.

Paroled from trim jail, at least for a few months. That's a wrap on this grow and thread.

21 ounces dry

The other product of this run. Two seeded plants processed. Cherry Atomic Sledgehammer and Purple Frost Giant, super grape pheno, both from Welcome to the Growtent, crossed with Bubbleberry from Riot Seeds. This is my first try at pollen chucking. I got about 3,000 regular seeds.
