There isn't a particular structure or look I'm going for. Health, vigor, and high is my main points I'll be hunting for. I'm going to pick the best 1 or 2 females (and any male if it just jumps put and yells KEEP ME😜), then round robin, winner stays on kind of scenario until I've gone through atleast 40 seeds.

Like I said before, it's just a crap shoot and wishful thinking at this point. I confident in the genetics, I just hope they mix well.

I use clear solo cups and put them in a dark cup so i can see the roots. The SLH really sprouted some serious roots in my solo cup they were starting to protrude through the bottom of my solo cup.

Nice! It is a good tool to use for sure. Since my seedlings all popped up on differing days, I'm just waiting til next week and then up-pot them all at the same time.

I am using 3 gallon as my final pot size. what size you going with? have you ever used a self watering like these AC infinity ones

I'm finishing in 5gals. I have never used the auto watering or self wicking pots. I like to get up close and personal. Also why I dont like smaller pots.... I like to be involved, but chasing the watering on smaller pots sucks

Can't wait to see what you name your different strains you create. Candy Rain keeps playing in my head. Not sure your age, so that may make no sense. Regardless, thought I'd tell you.

Not a candy guy, but you never know🤷‍♂️ the only name I HAVE to use is Sundrops since its representative of me and my wife. Plans change all the time, so we'll see when we get there.

No, it's a song. That's why I said that about your age. From the early 90s. Hell, there probably is already a strain with that name, now that I think of it.

i used 5 gallons on my last grow and was gonna go 7 this time but i got a wild hair and it is what it is lol.

yes sir. If i want i can always transplant it to 5 gallon or 7. i wasn't sure how many 5 gallon i could fit in a 4x4 scrog. that's why went 3 gallon.

As I was reading your diary, this started playing in my head. Don't believe in coincidences. Thought I'd share in case in means something to you or it could be used as a name. There already is a candy rain strain. It is used to treat insomnia, anxiety, and depression. Maybe that's the clue. Hahaha.

Man, just went on a whole blast thru my past reminiscing with my wife playing some Soul 4 Real. I'm a young old dude.... grew up an old soul, then turned to the cool dad🤣
