cannibalize nitrogen from fan leaves during flowering, no fan leaves

and the plant slows down and robs N from wherever it can get it, to

try & survive and reproduce.

other than that your question is way too vague. we need as much

info about your grow and what you perceive as "wrong" as you

can provide, as well as some closer pics.

It really doesn't matter once stretch is over if you keep fans on, it's not really helpful because the plant grows the sugar leafs that didn't exist during veg state and there is no more growth outside of the nugs, that mostly feed off the sugar leaves where are conveniently located . Pre stretch it is a terrible idea IMO but I've done it both ways for years and years, makes dixk all of difference about fans post stetch but that's just my experience

sorry canna, but i respectfully disagree. the fattest, juiciest, densest and tastiest buds i've ever seen were on plants that still had the majority of their fan leaves left on them. i stand by what i said: leaves are "growth engines". shade leaves not only provide shade and facilitate photosynthesis, but they also play a critical role in transpiration, which creates the negative pressure needed to draw water and nutrients up to the plant's budding sites through turgor pressure. not only that, they draw in co2 and exhale oxygen. more leaves = more transpiration and more co2, which = faster and more robust growth and overall plant health, ie less stress. i'm not saying don't remove any leaves, i'm saying in my experience that it's best to find a balance. of course this isn't as pronounced in soil as it is in hydro. my single plant at 62 days old from seed is now guzzling 3 gallons a day, you just can't match that indoors in soil, that i know of. if you don't believe me i'll take some pics of my journal and post them. in short; more leaves = bigger and tastier nugs.

These two pictures are of the same piece of bud. The first picture where the trichomes look nice and milky are due to the light from the camera. Once you get closer with your magnifier to actually see the color of the trichomes is what you're needing to figure out.

I did a grow one time where I plucked all the fans and only left the sugar leaves and a couple fans within buds. Wasnt intentional, I just decided to pluck any and all fans that started to yellow until there weren't any left. Then the sugar leaves started to yellow. The harvest was fine but didn't live up to the genetic's full potential because they were underfed.

I had this guy come to my door I was working, couldn’t answer the door, not that I would. I have a cctv camera system. Every time I tried to rewind to see this guy who left no card or package it would power the entire outlet off. I tried it using the phone app instead of the device and instead of the power resetting the internet went offline. After you posting this I tried to recreate the scenario. No dice. I will say that my lady had the Roku plugged into the monitor, which I haven’t tried yet.
