It really doesn't matter once stretch is over if you keep fans on, it's not really helpful because the plant grows the sugar leafs that didn't exist during veg state and there is no more growth outside of the nugs, that mostly feed off the sugar leaves where are conveniently located . Pre stretch it is a terrible idea IMO but I've done it both ways for years and years, makes dixk all of difference about fans post stetch but that's just my experiencelooks like you raped her bro, plants need leaves to grow properly.
they are the "growth engines" that provide photosynthesis. plants
cannibalize nitrogen from fan leaves during flowering, no fan leaves
and the plant slows down and robs N from wherever it can get it, to
try & survive and reproduce.

info about your grow and what you perceive as "wrong" as you
