What would you use for a cover crop? I usually pick all of that stuff out when I grow outdoorsI should cover crop, eventually

Sounds like fungus gnats, any sticky traps to capture winged adults?Today up close I found some of the dead black bugs that I think are responsible for the drastic decline of my plants. Also found a spider crawling through the de. I squished it , wasn’t a spider mite but I didn’t know if it was a good guy. The bugs moved over to the clones and I think they killed one. I posted a few pages back. I dumped de on the cups. I don’t see any movement on those. Watered the bigger plants and in the run off I got some red looking round dead bugs. I saved the cup because I thought I could try and get a photo. Just got off work and Mrs. putthataway dumped the cup so no pic. Whatever they are they weren’t there before the plants got sick and seem to be in the soil I am guessing attacking the roots. Will toss more de down tomorrow when the soil dries. Whatever they are they multiplied quickly and did some heavy damage . I never found them on the leaves, only the floor of the tent. By squeezing the solo cups I saw them coming out of the soil. On the bigger plants I never saw them in soil until the pots pissing the bloated round red bugs today. I think they came uncle Jim’s castings. My plants look like hell.
You definitely don’t have much of a window for veg the way you’re feeding your plants, might be worth only running a week or two max before flipping them. I’ve never ran anything as far as hydro goes, been growing in organic soil for a while now. They grow so much slower that way. It’s like watching paint dryTrouble in paradise...
No. Not really.
Sacrificed/culled 3 clones
that were completely
buried behind and
underneath the 2 HP's
Maybe going to cull 2-
3 more.
God damn though, if
it doesn't just tear at
my heartstrings when
I have to do that.
Also doing major de-
leafing on the NL's &
HP's - clones are next.
No wings. They don’t fly and they are smaller than fungus gnats.Sounds like fungus gnats, any sticky traps to capture winged adults?
Half of my family came from Canada too, the smart half
I think this is hilarious… but also half my family came from canadaso… even funnier
I read more posts after I posted that, sounds more like some sort of mites. Hopefully you can knock them down, just remember that you’ll want to treat your plants for these things for a few weeks, even after you stop seeing them. It’s about knocking down the population through multiple generations until it’s gone. Can’t drop a nuke on em, gotta carpet bomb em for weeks, poison their food source, castrate them, and do it all over again a few more times . It’d be nice to figure out where the little fuckers came from. Maybe you should take the earthworm castings and put them in a black garbage bag and let them bake in the sun for a few days. I also like the idea of what @Mikedin does with the mosquito bits. Hit em from every angle as many times as possible. No wings. They don’t fly and they are smaller than fungus gnats.
Yea I know that im not like the dude your asking lol but I have a cover crop mix I've been working on from I started adding taking away.. I think it depends also on your location..What would you use for a cover crop? I usually pick all of that stuff out when I grow outdoors![]()

Nevil's haze is a more difficult "test your skill" kind of plant indoors usually. Most those old hazes are well worth growing but can be a bitch to nail indoors. The old lineage sativas mostly all prefer being outside to inside. (Doesn't mean I doors won't net some of the best flower you've ever smoked thoughHi all,
