Ditch the water filtration, if it’s just for chlorine just put your water in an open top container for 24 hours to let it off gas, it appears based off your neuts you’ll be growing in a medium and not soil-less (DWC / RDWC etc) so you’re not looking to have RO water or distilled,i Personally fill up 3x 5 gallon water jugs and rotate them usually I use one every 2 days sometimes per day. I let them sit to off gas but I also fill them through a RV inline filter they threads onto a garden hose, they are just Carbon filters ment to remove VOCs (Volitile organic compounds) and impurities etc chlorine / heavy metals etc they are basically all the same lol tbis is just a random one I picked off Amazon, I buy a 4 pack of whatever ones are on sale and replace them once every 2 months

I think you said your plan so far is fox farms, that seems to be the go to for new growers. I used it years ago I liked happy frog until I got a batch that they missed the PH buffer on a few years back, and I of course bought bags from lol, that was a rough run. besides that I liked it, tended to be a bit woody sometimes though. (I eventually switched to promix BX)
I don’t PH anymore, been about 2-2.5 years since I’ve checked it, but I leave that well enough alone, it a controversial subject lol (hell I’ll probably have a ton of replies to this just for saying it lol) but I will agree with those above, when I used to PH, I found those pens are complete junk no 2 will say the same readout even if you re calibrate, then re calibrate again with pre mixed calibration solutions (I tried… multiple times, even brought them to work to check in a lab (off by .5 to 1.0PH on the same pen in consecutive tests ) tested the calibration solutions with a verified calibrated PH tester inside of a actual lab and all were correct, it was the pens. I’ll be honest you’re probably safer without one of those cheapo pens you’ll chase the readout and for all you know you’re just running It wayyyy out of range thinking you’re fixing it , if you do choose to buy one go with a known reliable brand (like a bluelab) , it’s expensive but gotta remember this is technically lab equipment, and good / accurate lab equipment is never cheap
AC infinity dosent have a combo fan and filter deal? usually you can get a better deal buying the combo pack
(Edit their combo packs look odd on Amazon they have the cloud line pro series and then the pro series different prices with same controllers I’ll have to look at those more it seems they have 2 versions of each inline fan size then different combo packs with each,I usually use spiderfarmer exhausts) I’ve set up an 8” AC exhaust for my brother in laws 8x8 but that’s the only one I’ve messed with before, I love their controllers though was super easy to set up even never playing with the dongles before
I’ve heard good results with the self watering bases, I would prefer to use a drip system if I didn’t hand water but I prefer top watering but I’ve seen a few nice runs here on the farm using those bases!
what light do you have? I didn’t see if you mentioned it after this post, I know you said you’d test output but do you have a model number? It’d suck to drop all that cash and have the light be the weak point in the setup
ok that’s enough
