My pooch is not socialized for a reason : ) hes very well behaved on a leash but off one is not something the either of us are ever going to find out in public HAHAHA! I can make him hold or place in the house or backyard for sure, but off leash outside the yard is like firing a missel into a crowd and hopping nothing happens LOL! Now im an absolutely responsible owner who is very verbal about his and mine comfortableness and safety in mind with people approaching. Ill let folks in the back yard, but that comes with trust from both me and Mr German shepherd : ) we have a ton of cats… you enter the house at your own risk at no fault or responsibility of my own! Fuck you youre own your own! These cats have places to hide full bodies! You just dont go in there alone! My cats are more like dogs. The breed is one of the largest domestic cats, Im hard pressed to be alone at times especially with the youngest male he’s like my shadow. I get three cats at the door waiting for me to come in every day. I was just playing fetch with the youngest one. He literally jumps into the pile of cat toys finds the one he wants to play with and jumps back out with it and goes at it. They love to chase shit when you throw it down the hallway. They are very dog like, but still cats at the same time. I’m not against dogs, and I get why people don’t like cats, in fact my favorite pet ever was my female pitbull, she was the best dog ever. Some day I’ll have a dog again, but I won’t agree on any other breed than a Pit bull, despite all the horrible things that happen with pits, I know for a fact 99% of it is bad owners. That goes from dogfighting, all the way down to not establishing an alpha position with your pet. Plenty of dog owners just let dogs do what ever they want with no real control over the animal, that’s reckless especially with larger aggressive breeds.
