hearsay, no other evidence; so the charge was conspiracy -
I meant to do something. At the time, the Feds had a 98%
conviction rate for conspiracy, so I took a plea deal, rather
than a potential 10 yrs to life for fighting them.

They (feds) are as dirty as the day is long (they only
reported less than 1/3 of the cash they took from us all
($millions)...

I now definitely live in a legal home grow state

Sadly, we may not have legalized cannabis across all 50 states for some time still.
