You make me hungryYep, mix em (and the juice) white vinegar (enough to cover hard boiled eggs in a large jar) (you use sugar too but I can’t remember the amount exactly) as well as onion, I could find the recipe for measurements
Layer the canned beets between layers of eggs in the jar with the onions stacking to the top
Boil the liquid then pour into the jar to the top covering all the eggs
Let cool then put in the fridge for a week and eat with some salt
Beet pickled eggs, actually my favorite kind![]()
