Right on,Rooke! Back at you, brother! Just getting out and tramping around with a couple of dogs become something that you really can’t live without! Kind of keeps you sane after you’ve decided to grow up and deal with life on life‘s terms! And back at you also,Greenadian!😍 we will just have to settle for sharing experiences vicariously! I couldn’t keep up with you young bucks anyway!❤️🍻 last one standing surprisingly! Getting close to the end of the line! And loving it!😂✌️

The table of tears! I sing to them when I put them out! Whoopie ti yi yo, git along little doggies! It’s your misfortune, and none of my own! And they hate it! Lol! And a few more on the way out!

They have been in the sun since they germinated and I can't believe how fast the autos are, pushing out their second set of true leaves.

When the sun is out and shining,I know every sunny spot around this property, sometimes I have to chase it when they young.

I got a few autos transplanted but the rest needed a little longer.
Unfortunately I didn't harden them off enough and some of the little leaves got sun burn blisters. 🙁
I can replace those, but want to give them a chance to recover. Probably shouldn't because of their short veg time but oh well.
Today is very cloudy, windy and chilly so I don't want to stay outside. Also supposed to rain off and on the next two days.
Yuk.
I have lots of other things (chores) to do that I've put off, so.....

BTW, the little pots are cute! LOL

Going to break the 100 barrier for a couple of days this week! I’ve got a ton of stuff that needs to get done too! But most of it seldom does! One thing that got done yesterday was getting that swamp cooler put back together for the summer! One of the few times I have to use a ladder! Thankfully!😆

Have only seen a couple of turkeys with two poults! Looks like it might be a bad year for baby bird watching! They nest on the ground, so unless mom is pretty savvy, there’s plenty of things around here that can wipe them out! Lurking in the night!

We've got a sandhill crane couple that struts through our yard every year. Sometimes they have babies.
This year only one has come around, no babies. 🙁
Friend that lives nearby on a lake says she's been seeing foxes and coyotes regularly. Nature at it again. 😉

Yep! It’s a tough gauntlet for anything that nest on the ground! All the volunteers still volunteering and the little ones that got trampled are starting to do the cobra! At least now they get watered by the swamp cooler, bleed off!

I went out and checked on them a few minutes ago, and about 3/4 of them were starting to fold! Ha ha! They were begging, please Señor, give us some Agua! Please! I showed the running water coming out of the hose and yelled at them, who’s your daddy! Who’s your daddy! Once they all responded weakly, you are, I gave them a good drink! Gotta let them know who’s boss!😂😂😂✌️
