You got it going on, it's time to partyThe table of tears! I sing to them when I put them out! Whoopie ti yi yo, git along little doggies! Itโs your misfortune, and none of my own! And they hate it! Lol! And a few more on the way out!View attachment 2440925View attachment 2440926

They have been in the sun since they germinated and I can't believe how fast the autos are, pushing out their second set of true leaves. Are yours out soaking up the sun yet?

How big are those small pots? The table of tears! I sing to them when I put them out! Whoopie ti yi yo, git along little doggies! Itโs your misfortune, and none of my own! And they hate it! Lol! And a few more on the way out!View attachment 2440925View attachment 2440926
The smaller gray ones say that they are 1 gallon! I think they look more like a half gallon! The the larger gray and tan are 2 gallon I think! Did you get everything transplanted? How big are those small pots?
Going to break the 100 barrier for a couple of days this week! Iโve got a ton of stuff that needs to get done too! But most of it seldom does! One thing that got done yesterday was getting that swamp cooler put back together for the summer! One of the few times I have to use a ladder! Thankfully!I got a few autos transplanted but the rest needed a little longer.
Unfortunately I didn't harden them off enough and some of the little leaves got sun burn blisters.
I can replace those, but want to give them a chance to recover. Probably shouldn't because of their short veg time but oh well.
Today is very cloudy, windy and chilly so I don't want to stay outside. Also supposed to rain off and on the next two days.
Yuk.
I have lots of other things (chores) to do that I've put off, so.....
BTW, the little pots are cute! LOL
We've got a sandhill crane couple that struts through our yard every year. Sometimes they have babies.Have only seen a couple of turkeys with two poults! Looks like it might be a bad year for baby bird watching! They nest on the ground, so unless mom is pretty savvy, thereโs plenty of things around here that can wipe them out! Lurking in the night!
Yep! Itโs a tough gauntlet for anything that nest on the ground! All the volunteers still volunteering and the little ones that got trampled are starting to do the cobra! At least now they get watered by the swamp cooler, bleed off! We've got a sandhill crane couple that struts through our yard every year. Sometimes they have babies.
This year only one has come around, no babies.![]()
Friend that lives nearby on a lake says she's been seeing foxes and coyotes regularly. Nature at it again.![]()
