Thanks Bear, now I have to decide whether to top the photos NOT in the 12.
I don't want the ones in pots to get too top heavy and fall over, but I also don't want to have huge bushes. hmmmm.

Staying home and collecting pensions agrees with me too :-). We had 99f here yesterday but have a rain shower cooling things down now. My soon to be bushes are loving the change I'm sure.

Best wishes regardless of the option you choose.

Okay @Oldchucky, I was fixin' to post, but got caught up in the Trainwreck. LOL
The gardens seem to be going great, just a few plants with swiss cheese leaves. I think the inch worms are at it.
The Autos are beginning to flower and NONE of the regulars. Yay. Even the Frostberry.
The photos have been in their pots for 2 weeks now and I've started tieing them down, minor LST.
In a few days I'll have to put the fence posts in and start tying them to the strings. Everything is healthy, so far.

A few days ago we had a deluge of rain and I haven't had to water anything except the 1 gallon pots.
But it's damn hot. And humid. The day I transplanted the 18 plants into the dirt my waist length hair/braid was soaked all the way down. Never happened before. Geesch. Don't like, at all.

But the plants love it. LOL

Beautiful plants!!! I know exactly the weather you’re talking about, lol. Another inch coming the next 24 hours

They look fantastic cpurola really really healthy 😓 in the upper 85+here misrable to be out in. I go inside by noon can't handle heat like i did in my early years. Sweating is a alarm bell for me LOL i sometimes use the garden hose and soak my head. You be careful out there and big bunch of lucky wishes to ya you have beat the fungas issues. 🤞🙏

Thanks Gal. Looks like I should start pricing a gross of bamboo stakes. LOL

It's 80 in our air conditioned house and 71 outside. Stepped outside and it feels like the same temp. The air stays on. 🫤 Waiting for the hordes of mosquitos to show up.
In the meantime I need to spray the biofungicides again, on everything. The tomatos and zinnias also had spots last fall so I want to 'head it off at the pass' before I see signs. But we're supposed to get more rain every damn day! AHHHHHHHH

I found another male! Lebenese from Lucky13. Regular seed.
I had it marked female.... have to check all the others AGAIN. LOL

The leaning is going great! The rain is terrible for the dreaded diseases but the plants love it.
Frostberry had a little accident and bent where I put the string. Didn't slow her down at all. The branches/bud sites on the inside have come alive. Now I have to put the fence posts up to be able to tie them farther out than the pot.
Thanks Oldchucky!

I’ve never bent anything that small! I think there’s going to be a lot of tying down in your future! Lol! Going to be interesting to see how it works for you! You go, girl!😂😍

I think I'm going to add trellis netting in the middle to help space out the branches.
But yes, this tying thing is getting old already. LOL

Went out and transplanted some geraniums I had in pots. They were looking pretty sad compared to soil dwellers so they went out back in the 12.
Supposedly Japanese beetles eat the flower petals and become paralized for up to 12 hours. Bonus.

Put the fence posts in yesterday and twined them at the top and waist high, then re-tied the stalks to the twine. Damn things are growing so fast I have to redo the placement every day!. BUT, the anticipated result is happening!

Better start thinking about rounding up some 8 foot bamboo! Shop around for it! Prices can very quite a bit! You are in veg heaven so maybe even 10 foot! Better too long than too short! You can always cut the excess off later in the year if you want!

I would personally start to do a little thinning of them too before they get all overgrown and super thick and it’ll take ya hours to do a single plant 😂😂 but that’s just me

Unless you have concocted some other diabolical plan! Which wouldn’t be in the least surprising!😂🍻
