It was like catching my breath mentally! (A little physically also! Hahaha) Like i said, i even tried to get some going and just wasn’t feeling it, and it showed lol. Gave it a few weeks and found the right headspace, and here we are : )

You’re doing good considering the light conditions that you have to work with! Nothing you can do about that! Or about assholes taking cheap shots at you!😁🍻

Just gotta sit here while it happens to me! 🤣

everyday at least once i look up and consider what could be! oh the sweet sweet sun i dont have😆

You’ll get a harvest! Just have to work that much harder for it! Kudos for giving it a shot! Hang in there bear!😍
Thanks brother! Im having fun with it : ) and sooner than later some of these damn branches or even trees might just come down…🧐 lucky for them i dont drink anymore! if that were the case the things would already be gone! 🤣 (i got two while fully fueled by Sierra Nevada!) neighbor helped me with the others cause hes super cool and didnt want me to break my neck or a tree winding up into his house! probably more the later but i cant blame him 😂

You can always get them some supplementary light with a timer that mimics sun hours. I dont know how difficult it would be to set it up there and cover it from the rain though, but pretty sure there must be LEDs for outdoor plants that are water proof and maybe even easy to set up with a bit of luck.
Not an outdoors growers so just throwing it out there, maybe it would be cheaper to cut the trees I have no idea hahaha.

Doesn’t take much to keep the plant awake, we were literally just talking about this over on the trainwreck thread. Guy on YouTube runs solar powered LED light on each plant until he wants to start flowering.

I've seen that episode it's great idea but it will draw alot of attention to his backyard on tall poles

AAANNNDDD i forgot the outdoor shots! 😂 taken this morning as well! Not the greatest pics, but you can see they are happy enough. Upon further inspection yesterday during the pruning and top dressing and watering i noticed a little more yellowing, nothing crazy. Im attributing it to lack of food and too little water, i think i had a nice little living soil thing going for a bit but was letting it dry out too much. Either way it’s been very slow so I figure the Gaia i added yesterday will be available in time. If not i have mega and sweet flower from green leaf i can add that to a watering once or twice🤣

i got some Dr. Bronners magic soap for spraying the garden. I was going make a quick solution out of the dish soap i have on hand but read a little into it. nothing bad just not worth the efforts and i really didn’t want to spray that on the plants with it not being as effective, per what i read it would work but not in comparison to a true Castiline based soap. And it’s peppermint. I’ll make a small dose and hit them this evening. Could even get away with it today! It’s freaking overcast again and looks like rain😂View attachment 2487954View attachment 2487955View attachment 2487966
Dish soap in your sprayer will act as a surfactant. Fancy word for meaning making shit stick to your plants. Add a little when you spray, keeps the insecticide where you want it

do you have a measurement or ratio? : ) a little dash or a drip works also hahaha. Just want to make sure I get what ever unit you’re using.

That’s one I don’t measure, maybe a teaspoon per gl. Just a good squirt will do wonders

Way off topic. South Park season 27 came out 27 seasons! That’s more than the Waltons and MASH. Thin skin need not watch but my sides were hurting I was laughing so hard. Sorry 🐻, way off topic 😂😂😂😂😂

Castille soap or potassic soap is also a surfactant, if he has it I dont see a reason tu use dish soap which has unwanted chemicals. Its no biggie, is not like youre gonna kill the plant but I still dont like to use it, I use potassic soap like him. Well except mine is not peppermint, nothing added to it.

Gonna repost a video I did for a guy asking for preemptives indoors, no need to involve nasty chemicals this is all you need really. If things get really ugly outdoors GNick likes to use diluted ISO but I would leave that for extreme cases like he does because alcohol dissolves trichomes. Indoors it shouldnt get as ugly as it can get outdoors, unless you neglect them enough.

Another good thing about potassic soap, dont know if I said it in this thread already I dont think so, but its safe for bees. Dish soap is dangerous for bees.
EDIT: I forgot to add something for soil pests since I dont have them anymore using neem meal and BTI, but what I did before that is using diatomaceous earth and then cut the liquid silica if fungus gnats were present. You dont need too much either, enough to make the substrate slightly white after youre done mixing it with the soil. Nematodes are another option but they die without prey unlike BTI and BTC.

Thank you Eledin! Appreciate the video : ) I’ll use some “poisons” but i really do like and try to use the less nasty stuff first. I have no problem going full scorched earth though : )
