yeah i read it and it is confusing to me...one part says it is unlawful to posses more than an ounce and the other part says you can posses what you grew in your 5x5 area..So does this mean if i am not a med patient and i have a quarter pound in my car it would be illegal?...~ogr

what i dont get is growing mary jane is still ILLEGAL under fed law.. ether way voting YES or NO your still fucked..personally i dont give a shit if it passes or it doesnt.. what im doin is still illegal.. and if your not ready to do time for this shit you shouldn't be growing PERIOD!!! theres good valid points to both sides... even if it is. why would you have to carry more then a zip if your not selling? and your not a med patient? i think to get legal herb for everyone thats not a terrible trade off.

yeah this is per person right.....My wife and Mother in law live with me so i would be able to have (3) 5x5 tents....Thats plenty for us for personal herb but others who want to grow legally commercially this definately wouldnt be enough space...would also like to know the penalties if you exceed the limits....We are all legal med patients anyways..just wanted to figure out if we werent what this BILL would do for us...Doesnt seem to bad for our personal situation...For others it may be a different story..~

and if your a collective...keep on trucken bro! grow for all your buds in your collective. it stays the same! guarantee the penalties will not be jail unless you grossly over grow you limits. which means you got caught cause you were selling it. or showing people, operating illegally. that just wouldnt be smart. same as right now.

no you cant grow recreationally for or as a collective. that would be nice. the only reason we can do that as med patients is for 215 and 420.

you can still grow medi herb as a collective for all you buds with medi recs.

I read the bill in it's entirety, and the bill keeps stating "licenses" over and over again. This is the portion that they are leaving up to "local government".

People might have voted this one in if the language included how many and how much any and all licensing would be. As of now, the people who actually cultivate the vast majority of "Meds" do not like being told they may or may not be able to obtain such a "license" or "permit". I certainly do not.

The bill is supposed to free up the right to use cannabis without a doc's reccomendation...I get it. Where is all the language to protect the MMJ community and all the people involved already.....there is not much there. Only a mention of being able to plead "why" you need more than an oz.
