So do you be planting all year around or just once? I'd like to grow outdoors through December or later if I could but I suspect the shorter days are a problem with less light.

Nope, just once! That’s all you should need! If you’re upscale,things! Then play with it all winter! Yeah, if you get into the winter months, the light is pretty much no good! Short hours of it, what there is is weak because it’s coming in at quite an angle! Some people try it and some people crow about it, but the only results I’ve ever seen were junk! Even with autos! Which is pretty much what you are stuck with trying thanks to the light!

Yeah, swamp cooler here also! But it doesn’t get very hot in Denver! Warm, but not hot!

Only 99°+ remember it's a dry heat, so swamp cooler works dang good here.

I'm a mile high, but it's still "Desert" temperate zone. So it gets hot and dry, then cold and dry.

The "reported temp used to be in the city, Stapleton AP, now it's DIA out in nowhere vill. In the concrete jungle, it's over a hundy all week.

Man its 100 + 100% rh in the swamp here.
Id trade for that dry air about now in a big way.
Chasing out the rh has my lung room set on 62 degrees is getting old, and cold.
You outdoor heads have it made a mile high. Especially this time of year.
