Пту я считаю аквамикс для марганца? железо, что он сука опасен))) Я не могу сказать, почему я так делаю,потому что это занимает всю страницу, но по данным его отношение к находится в пределах 1/5 , железо я кладу 4млг. Но железо не такое уж и микроэлемент, кальция минимальное количество составляет 40млг. соответственно не вдаваясь в подробности, но я и не знаю))) понял, что в слабой концентрации 120 значений это достаточно много, а значит 4млг железа мы берём максимум, а точнее 4млг. Марганца значит берём наибольшее но наименьшее по соотношению и это 0,5. аквамикс по марганцу,бля почки не отвалится от обезболивающего? Я к стоматологу пошёл. Как я вас кусать буду? Зубов то все меньше))) микро мы берём по минимуму,не нужно психовать ,но железо это не токсичный метал
