My son is a Executive Chef and owner at a restraunt in Pittsburgh. He is also the Executive Chef at another restraunt in the same group. That boy works all day. But know what you are talking about looks to pretty to touch.My dad was a mechanic. We lived next door to a professional chef. When my dad would make meals he would come over eat and load up with leftovers. Dude told him your food is so good but your presentation sucks. I posted a pic of a meal I made with eggs some professional chef’s wife caught eye of it. Dude made it and did all the artsy presentation with my recipe. It was pretty but honestly it was too elegant for a classy guy such as myself
