Which strain was this?

8 Royal Gorilla, aka GG#4 and also 3 Crème Brûlée. They were both very nice! The Crème was a touch finicky but had a great piney, nutty, sweet taste! I had 1 of the Crème re-veg on me, but it had time to recover and finish.
All in all I am happy to say I’m curing 9 lbs already, dried.
I’m taking down my outdoor autos today. All except for my Lemon Sativa’s, they still have a few more weeks

I tend do back off anything once they begin flowering. I will still use neem oil on the ground and halfway up my stalk, but I get concerned about the finished product having anything on it. While in veg, no worries, I’ll hose them in Captain & Neem.
Next year I am definitely planning on using more predatory insects.
I placed a few lady bugs on 2 of my plants and surprisingly they never really left the area. I haven’t had anything happen in that area

My next batch will be ready tonight, just autos, but I sure am ready for some more big girls to finish. Approximately 2 weeks until my Kush Strains are done.

Well we’re getting another weekend shower here this morning but the forecast shows better weather for the next 10 days or so, need the rain but…
Yesterday I decided it was time to begin looking at the trichomes so I dug out the gizmo that sends a Wi-Fi signal to the phone and looked at many of them. Most are still clear but the Durban Pie gave me this image

She’s well flowered, still growing strong but I think here in the next week or so some of that plant may be ready, other flowers were starting to look like the one the above image came from.
Below is a pic off the ladder followed by a closer flower

And this last is a closer shot of the flower, not to the end yet but this plant seems to deal with a variety of environmental conditions with no observable problems, she’s been rained on in flower, cooked in heat waves and is looking like she will provide a bountiful harvest for a plant in a 50 gal bag. If we like the end result it will be in one of the beds next year & we will see what she can do.
This is a Dirty Bird Seed tester variety, my first time with any of their strains & I am pleased with the 2 varieties I chose & like their tester option for getting different seed without it being an investment.
I’ll be back when it dried out

Close to my raised bed I have some shrubs and I cut them back recently (again) and man they got infested with aphids. I really went to town with neem on the shrubs and ground

White buffalo still getting fatter. Looks like ice forming on that lower bud, don't it.

California Orange, is stacking some big nugs.

Stopped over for a visit with my neighbor, he's growing white Buffalo, too. His WB is on par with mine, but didn't get any purpling on his leaves like I did. I think because it was protected between his other plants. But his most outer plant (power plant) did purple, and loosing the older leaves.

But I really thought his Purple Haze was impressive.

Dude! I had a Niehgbor that was from New York! Awesome dude! He was a builder of REALLY REALLY fancy homes and then went under and wound up next to us. I’d help him from time to time on projects at his house. One day he was using a nailer to put some molding up… shit started binding or something… he took that nail gun and proceeded to hit the molding with the gun yelling “FUCK YOU! FUCK YOU!” It was amazing! New York accent and all! I felt like I was in the middle of time square getting yelled at for being a dumbass or something!

Honestly the neem oil is my go too! I hear you on the shrubs! I have been dealing with grape vines(wild) getting too close to my work. I missed 1 and it was wrapped all in my plant within a few days.

I think this lady finally topped out at 7'3". She's pretty far behind the other two in flower so probably 1st or 2nd week of November for harvest.
I knew it was a blessing that I started them almost a month later than planned. They could be 12' tall right now.
