worth it!, you betcha, as with all my hobbies I've recorded every $ input, setup, elec, nutes, all but water, but yet to figure per plant or run. I don't have off peak elec here but my entire setup, propagation and main tent with an aci evo6 is under 500w full whack, with the evo no higher than intensity 7 so far, my green planet nutes are prob my greatest ongoing expense, but crazyformes turned me onto greenleaf nutes, which will be far cheaper, if and when I switch, but as you say, any config, worth it, and that's the enjoyable process let alone the final product.

And niceee, I use my own compost tea and occasionally throw in some fox farm nutes, but will look into these fasho, thanks

Umm this is the cheapest hobby I ever had. Cowboy action shooting was 125 a match. PC gaming was 2000 bucks every 2 years for a very long time. Hell I got 3 times more in Warhammer 40k models alone than both my tents and stuff.
Motorcycles, boat but not for long.

"wasteful bastard" your words, my thoughts, I take pots out back to lawn, rip stalk, shake, crumble chunks, toss root balls, then everything finer than the sieve dumps into the compost, everything larger gets a further rinse and re-buffer, when I switched to coco I was to toss it out but decided to squeeze every last drop out of the system, working well.

Viruses can also remain in the soil. Any plant that gives me wtf problems I toss that soil. My last few they got so root bound I don’t nearly get as much dirt, mostly perlite I am like did the plant eat the dirt?

51 qts and no perlite although I still find it in some pots as I'm reusing as much as possible and I've add perlite in the past. I'd use this straight and new if I could afford it. I started with The 99 Cent Store 8qt bags for $.99 and then it was 6qt and then 4 for $1.29. Today I buy one of the above about once every month in summer and one every other month the rest of the year. I need to order another soon

yes, I rotate my garden bed veggie locations due to pathogens but as coco is inert I assumed it wouldn't harbour anything after my between grow flushes, just looked, it can, I might sterilise it from now on just to be sure, hp, oven heat, water heat, uv, I'll see, we had 600 acres of tomatoes almost tank due to a year to year virus

always kept cost records, always, never before an issue, until now, with this, 1/5th scale money pit, I have a titanium, carbon, and alloy addiction coupled with best of the best mentality, I'm financially regretting this now, $lots in, $lots to go, rare for myself, usually research and commit, but, 30lb and 30hp sweet ride

I made it out to the house last night, man the days are a blur I thought it was a day later than it was! I'm mostly spending my days trying to keep mom from accidentally hurting hurself and smoking a lot of weed to more or less be at the same level as her. It really does help me see the world and it's challenges as she does so that I can help her face them, and it also keeps me in a good mood doing it, lol.

Anyways, snapped some pics last night and this morning before I had to race off. High temps coming the next few days so I topped them all off. I will be back to feed them Thursday night. Ice Cream Cake is still being a screamer for potassium but I'm working the problem. Kind of went and took a bud shot from each plant. When I'm back up again I will get updated shots of the ugly banana and grape that should both be ready shortly while everything else will be another month and a half. They all smell delicious but some are way sweeter than others. Theres a runt in the mix, can't single it out from these pics but it smells so good I want to lean in and take a bite out of it!
