Where you at? from my casual research they come in 3 to 13 gallon sizes, so a 3 will be the ticket for me, that said, I have the correct copper tube right here, so I'll see if made or home made is for meI’ve seen those stovetops! I make cider in the winter but use champagne yeast. Purple grape is my all time fav. Once a bottle is done I take out most of the goodness and refill will fresh juice every week.
