I’ve filled beer cans with gravel and use a fish line trip wire. It’s super easy and I’ll just move the can during the day and reposition (up on a table or fence) at night (so it’s high enough not to get caught by raccoons, skunks, cats, etc.) Get better sleep, instead of jumping up every time I hear a noise. (The cameras get tripped a million times by the critters - I have to delete 60 videos of the cat walking around each morningLuckily i have only 1 neighbor that can see my back yard and he is a veteran that uses weed to treat his ptsd. I keep him supplied with free weed and he helps keep an eye on my greenhouse. Between the 2 of us we have 3 security cameras and 5 dogs watching our backyards.
Northern cali is pulling for you suds!Keep the beautiful weather coming ohioView attachment 2535794

Looks like you've a ways to go, yet. I've got an Iranian landrace that just started flowering about a month ago.First outdoor grow, some good old "OG KUSH" just about 9-10 weeks of flower.
It’s still F’d up that you have to do that. But I guess there have always been thieves and always will be. Sad.I’ve filled beer cans with gravel and use a fish line trip wire. It sucks. It’s like Tool Time, if you remember, had the other guy on the fence where you could just barely see his face.Know that feeling ...

Their built to survive, if at all possible. Look at all the crap we put them thru, In "hope" of a good yield. Let alone what mother nature throws at um.My rookie effort continues. I don't really know what to think about their condition, but I probably would not have made it this far without some good advice from folks on this site. So, thanks for that.
If I get anything at all worth having, I'm going to be thrilled. I still have two potted plants too. A totally different ride. I think someone on this site told me it would be.
Not that anyone remembers, as it's been a while, but the bottom right plant is one I posted about when I realized I put it in a much too shady spot. I can't believe it made it this far because it's not getting the light it should. I named her Hope.
