You can cut the circuit by just disconnecting it. My brother is a retired Mastwr Gunnery Sgt in the Marines. He has taught me many tricks. He has some that are crazy. Also a video camera that acknowledges their presence!Finally Flood lights that should never be triggered unless a person is present. A.I. is worth it in some areas

Then cage them in behind locked gates, security lights, and cameras with signs posted. I used to advise three hurdles and most thieves will walk away and go somewhere else. You certainly don't want to hurt anyone as that opens up a whole new line of pain for you as well.

Possibly spider might nymphs! They go through four stages! Or if they move fast, probably beneficial mite of some kind! Hard to differentiate all of the mites!
