Aeration on that cactus mix ought to be dynamite, with a few good amendments I don't know why it wouldn't be a good weed soil. If you're doing hybrid feeding and want to lean more into your bottle nutes, that might actually be a smart move. 🤔

Wowsers not that I’m going to drop the texts to prove this is all some bullshit butttt. Hope anyone that got anything to say about me hops off the dick you’re riding and not having a clue what their talking about buttttt that’s where I bow out

Clowns lol

I do my best to stay out of other peoples' squabbles but you are certainly entitled to your side of the story.

Kind of reminds me. Folks, if you are going to be arguing with your spouse on the phone in the grocery store, at least have the common decency to put it on speaker phone so we know whose side to take.

Just a couple quick shots of select plants... Banana OG nice and green near the finish, and Ice Cream Cake showing a shivering purple.

For informational purposes. I wanted to show yall what spraying your buds with a sulfer pyrethrin spray will do. The surfaces of the bud turn brown, while the trichomes remain unaffected. It's mostly an unsightly cosmetic on the surface as you can see the nice healthy green showing through from the buds still swelling. It didn't kill the terps off entirely but they suffered a loss. I usually do a water dunk at harvest but based on some research, I'm going to do a three bucket dunk. The good news is the other unsightliness on there is a bunch of dead thrips. 🤣

The unsightly cosmetic effect seems to be particular against anthocyanins. There was a green plant I also had to hit and it didn't turn brown. Just contributing to the larger knowledge base of growing, file under IPM cautions 🤣

Conclusion: Sure, you can use it if it's your only current move available, but there's a potential price to pay in terms of appearance, smell and taste.

The only heat is coming from the lights. This is why I only grow in winter.

Cherry Wine hemp. THIS is how it is every late fall/winter, even into early spring so 5+ months out of the year.

and if it wasn't for the PM

she'd be killing it. I haven't been keeping up with my IPM as I've been spending most of my time with the Mrs. and fading off to sleep shortly after dinner when I usually spray.

Growing year round can be difficult, even here. I'll mix up some Southern Ag biological fungicide and spray before dinner😉

I've got an unconventional idea for you. If the plant can fit underneath a large appliance box, put one over the plant at night with a dehumidifier running. Portable green house, lol. Should also shield it from the cold too. Was just thinking about the wild RH swings all other times of the year EXCEPT the normal harvest window... I have a plastic tarp I've been throwing over the screenhouse, doesn't completely cover it but it helps. Of course, it was some tarp I used for drywall and now one of my plants has white paint spots on it 😂

Been thinking of picking up a second shed so I can get both cycles out of the nastiness when I need to.

Bud shots.
Nice to see some runs filling in.

I've been toying with the idea of a 4x4x4' 3/4" PVC framed plastic cover for making seeds. It will have to have screened vents to keep pollen inside so a layer of muslin or fabric on top of the screen.

We're on the same wave length but I need to finish my new flowering greenhouse before starting another project. I hope to finish the greenhouse next week as I have to purchase another 100' of PVC pipe to complete it.

Never enough space or time and I'm (getting?) lazy😉
