Amneziahaze is actually the grower who got me thinking about what PART of vdp was important.
Window growers have the largest lung room in the world as it's literally the world. I was comparing my run to hers and was having a hard time dealing with the fact that setting a pot and a plant on a window sill was presenting and growing as good as my high tech over engineered high cost boondoggle in the basement.
My conclusion, after the following run where I had 2 plants in early flower and 2 plants just out of seedlings, is that the actual VDP number is way less important than how fast that number changes.
Node 3 plants at 1.2 vdp. Ack should have exploded or something.
But I also have an environment that tracks this vdp from 1.18 to 1.22 giving me a very stable environment.
Just like outdoors.
And then I started to see guys who were posting app traces at a vdp of say 1.1 but it was a rolling trace from .9 to 1.3 vdp and that translated into a humidity bounce of 5 % up and down multiple times an hour. It's a vdp that is stable not the actual number. The plant will adapt. It is why pot grows outside everywhere.
